king bed lobby bar vault bar

the silver guest room with a king bed was clean and well kept. i found the lobby bar a good place for a drink and conversation. the vault bar offered a unique experience with its ambiance and selection of beverages.

i noticed used napkins on the carpet in the lounge area , and the staff seemed less attentive than expected. this detracted slightly from the overall experience.

the silver guest room featured a king bed and functional layout. it included white company toiletries and daily housekeeping services. the room size allowed comfortable movement, yet offered sufficient space for luggage and personal items.

adequate stay but some issues noted

thin blanket hotel entrance

I found a few things needing attention. the room temperature was unchangeable, remaining cold. The provided blanket was also quite thin. hallway noise was easily audible. Room isolation seemed inadequate. furthermore, upon arrival, a private event blocked the hotel entrance forcing guests to wait outside. the vault bar was inaccessible to hotel guests due to this event. It occurred without prior notice or compensation.

unique bar convenient location christmas decor tasty beef

I noticed a very unique bar housed within the vault. It provided a nice experience. The location proved convenient. I appreciated the attention to Christmas decor, it was a nice touch. I also found the beef tuna to be quite tasty.

My minibar was not fully stocked upon arrival.

the breakfast buffet offered good options. service was quick. the silver guest room 1 king offered ample space. housekeeping staff provided extra towels when requested.

the spa closed too early for my schedule. after work, i barely had time to use it.
